Verra Skincare — Fall Launch
Deal Inbox
Hi! We’d love to partner with you on our Fall Launch. We’re offering $2,500 for 1 TikTok and 3 Instagram Stories.
Posting date: Oct 4. Payment is net 30.
A demonstration of Pactlog: a brand email arrives, Pactlog proposes the deal details it found, you confirm them, the Deal Record shows what you owe and what the brand owes, and a later message proposing a new posting date is surfaced for review before anything changes.
The problem
The email is not the system.
The agreement is real — but the details are scattered across threads, briefs, calendars and invoices. When a term changes, the record doesn’t.
Before
- The offer is in email.
- The brief is somewhere else.
- The deadline is in a calendar.
- The invoice lives somewhere else.
- The latest change is buried in a thread.
With Pactlog
- One Deal Record.
- Two-sided obligations.
- Source-linked terms.
- Change history.
- One next action.
The product
One deal. One record.
Pactlog is built around the deal itself — not a generic CRM pipeline.
Terms live as structured, confirmed facts — each one traceable to the message or brief it came from.

Nothing updates silently
For creators running sponsorships as a real business.
Managing several active brand deals across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, podcasts, newsletters or UGC? Pactlog keeps the commitments, changes and follow-ups together instead of making you rebuild every deal across email, calendars and spreadsheets.
Built for creators already running several paid sponsorships at once — where terms drift, dates move, and one missed change costs real money.

FAQ
Fair questions.
Is Pactlog available yet?
Pactlog is in a private pilot with a small number of creators. Apply above and we’ll be in touch if you’re a fit — we’re looking for creators already running several sponsorships at once.
What will Pactlog cost?
Our current planned public price is $19/month for Pactlog Pro. Pricing may change before public launch as we validate the product with pilot creators. The pilot itself is free and no card is collected.
Does Pactlog have a free plan?
Pactlog is in its pilot phase rather than operating a public free or paid plan. Pilot creators will be onboarded before public billing begins.
Is this a marketplace or brand-matching platform?
No. Pactlog is an operational workspace for deals you already have. It does not match you with brands.
Does Pactlog replace my invoicing or accounting software?
No. Pactlog tracks invoice and payment status against each deal so nothing slips. It is not accounting software and does not handle your funds.
How does deal capture work?
Paste or forward a brand email, upload a brief, or add a deal manually. Pactlog structures the details it finds and asks you to confirm them before they become part of your record.
Does Pactlog read my whole inbox?
No. You choose what to bring in. The current product does not require full inbox access.
Is Pactlog legal advice?
No. Pactlog is a recordkeeping and workflow tool. It shows what your messages and documents say and flags potential mismatches. It does not determine whether a term is valid, enforceable, fair or legal.
